Excellent service team. The work they did on my bike was through and timely.
Most of the employee's are friendly and helpful. Daniel in service is extremely knowledgeable. Repairs always done correctly and in a timely manner.
We worked with one of the bicycle technicians and he was very knowledgeable and fixed my wife's bicycle right away. We also worked with one of the salespeople who was very helpful and patient with my eleven year old when he asked to try out a bike. I would definitely recommend buying a bicycle here.

Went to Wheel & Sprocket and was definitely one of the better customer service experiences via bike shops in the area. No complaints about the others, but was quite impressed with the gentleman who assisted us, Bill Santoski. Was a great experience and very knowledgeable about the different bikes, to find a match to what we were looking for. Definitely would recommend! Not worth buying a cheap bike at retail stores, that fall apart and are unable to stand behind the product.
