And if that wasnt enough, I truly appreciate the way they put the focus back on bringing families together, in the name of fun.
I enjoyed a great time at Super Bowl. It was a fun and family friendly environment. We enjoyed great food at the Kingpin Kitchen and had a lot of laughs while bowling. Definitely recommend for family and friends. Overall excellent experience.
Super bowl and sluggers used to be a great place to go. But prices for drinks have sky rocketed! Yesterday I took some money out of the atm and they charge $2.95 for the withdrawal. I checked my back statement today and on top of the $2.95 they also charge another $1.00 so almost $4 to take some money out of the atm that I intended to spend at Super bowl! This will be my last year bowling in leagues at super bowl.
Very clean, friendly place, perfect for our double date! Plenty of space for both regular light AND blacklight bowling (on the night we went, a Saturday), a bar that had a band playing, and a small arcade! They even have an option to take a photo to put next to your name, and a chat between lanes feature. That would be great if you had enough people for multiple lanes, or wanted to make random friends! I hadn't bowled in years before now, but we will be back soon!
My sister was babysitting my 9 year old son and thought it would be fun to take him bowling. I suggested Super Bowl as it is easy to find, since she's from out of town. Unfortunately by the end of their time here, my son was disappointed and did not have much fun. My son has been bowling maybe 5 times total, so he's not an expert bowler by any means. They went with the intention of going bumper bowling to just have fun, and lessen the disappointment of all the gutter balls that would otherwise follow. She quickly realized that she was supposed to select the bumpers, and did not do so when setting up the lane. So she asked an employee for help, and they asked how old my son was and told her that they only like to use the bumpers for kids 8 and under. They struggled through the first game, and my son was pretty bummed at this point. I would hope that you would understand that your customer's know their abilities, and whether or not bumpers are needed for younger kids. No he wasn't under the age of 8, but if this advertised on your website, I would've suggested that they go elsewhere. Now we know for next time.
