I had a post-oil change issue that disabled my car. Auto Select arranged a tow and found that the problem was not with the oil change but with a gasket not related to their work. They fixed the problem and charged me appropriately, but they were not going to charge me for the tow because they originally assumed they had screwed up the oil change. I appreciated that thought, but I insisted on paying for the tow. Their concern for my experience with Auto Select needed to be rewarded. Truly honest and compassionate shop.
