Clerk was very helpful in try to find my pen refills. There were none in store for my favorite pen. She checked online where they aren't available either but went through alternative pens if I want to switch. I didn't get her name but she was very good.
Treated terribly during a return. By accepting discount months ago got signed up for ink subscription service without knowing. Received ink for a printer two months dead. I was upset walking in to the store. The person I worked with responded poorly. Called help line to insure we would not get more ink mailed. Was told store had not issued credit for the return. Yes I am disappointed.
I went in on crutches, found my main reasons for stopping in, asked if they had lint rollers. Cashier said yes and went to the back of the store to get it for me. Happy shopper.
It was wonderful. The employees were so helpful. Will go back and I highly recommend it.
Recently, my favorite copier paper was on sale at this store. I purchased two packets and after leaving decided that I should have bought more so I could use an email coupon. Tammy, the salesperson, cheerfully refunded my original purchase and helped me buy enough so I was able to use the coupon. She also called the manager, Sean, to carry the box to my car. I appreciate the friendly, caring attitude of everyone in Appletons Kensington Drive OfficeMax. This store with its great employees and service is highly recommended!
