Matt has been my agent for my business insurance as well as all of our home and auto policies and he has been outstanding. I was asked by Matt to take down my review (just like Eric was) stating it was hurting his business. I believe people should know the truth but amended it just the same to be a less negative. I still believe I was not well taken care of. Why would he ask us to take down our reviews? They are our opinions of how we were treated. Seems strange. Hopefully he made some changes with how clients are treated and improved his business since 2016.
In the eight years I have been with Matt's office, I have had nothing but excellent service. My rates at State Farm are half the price of what Allstate charged me. Every time I have added/changed/cancelled a policy they have handled things with lightening speed and accuracy. I recently had a total loss vehicle crash and they have been a dream come true to deal with. They have handled my med claims, towing, police, vehicle payoff etc. super fast. Matt and his staff have all been friendly, helpful and professional. I am very glad to have them on my side.
