On top of already losing 5 diamonds on the wedding ring/bands that were purchased in less than a year, I signed up for the 0% financing and was never told that the full balance needed to be paid off before the promo end date, otherwise I would be charged all accrued interest to that point. All the sales rep told me was to pay more than the minimum payment if I could. She was not up front with me and I almost take that as false advertising. Sent in a complaint and all they offered was a gift certificate if I paid off the balance in less than 2 weeks!! I am beyond frustrated and will never be shopping here again.
Love Rogers and Holland's Jewelry! My husband bought my wedding ring there in 1995 and I have loved it ever since! When we needed it appraised just 2 years later for Insurance purposes, it was valued at almost twice what we paid! This week I brought it in for its first repair in 23 years, I was told they could repair the broken prong for $35. Staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Great place to shop!
Garbage work.... had my ring fixed it broke again 3 month later took it back they made me pay to fix again whatever I did, broke again in 3 days!! Place is horrible! Don't get things done here unless you like paying for the same work once a week.
