Did not sand trim as agreed before painting, did not caulk any spots in trim that needed it as agreed, put extremely light coats of paint on. They had to lay 3 layers of paint and didnt think to use a primer. They did not lay a drop cloth on our hardwood floors and got paint everywhere on them. Marco came back and tried to clean it up but spent all of 5 minutes trying to wipe the floor up and barely made a dent in the specs. I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone. To Marcos credit he tried to offer things make it right like paying for our floors to be sanded and refinished but my frustration level was through the roof and I didnt want him setting foot in our house again.
