The ramp is adequate. Elevators at both ends, large markings for the sections on the wall. However, security is not overly high, since there are not cameras on the individual pasking levels.

Terrible set up. Cannot get out after the show at PAC.
I only walked by it with my dogs. What i was riding in can't be parked in a ramp. Nice ramp though I thought..cars could actually see the sidewalks without pulling put onto the sidewalk.
Great parking option for shows if you can't find parking downtown. Plan on being a while after busy performances
