Coldest day of the year (so far) and they were out within the hour! No emergency charge or anything. Mike and team were quick to diagnose the issue and fixed it at a fair price. The lady on the phone was so sweet, she made my teeth hurt. Don't hesitate to call Flush!

Horrible customer service ! Tracked mud everywhere as he entered my house. He used Resolve to try to clean up carpet and wooden floors. I shouldn't be charged $165 to enter my house cleaning his own mess. He put a stain on my wooden floors and a huge indentation in them. I called 3 times(even spoke to the owner) & was told they'd call back, after 5 weeks nothing. Got completely taken advantage of & now I have to have my floors refinished, horrible!
The guy that came out was great. He did his job quickly and efficiently. However, apparently on Friday before Christmas they institute "pre-holiday" fees. Last time I checked, Friday December 22nd is a normal work day. Outrageous price gouging for me this Christmas. From what I gather, the extra money doesn't even go to the guy who came out.
