I dont live here but i wanted to mention a few things about 5 oaks.Growing up, my best friends mother leased a home at this trailer park. I remember the lamdscaping to be top notch. I also remember the friends I made while visiting this cozy little community. Some of my best memories were playing football with my friends in one of their many parks around the area. Not really sure whats up with the couple negative reviews but i can honestly say that they dont reflect the memories i had growing up at five oaks.Im considering moving in with my family here this year. Based on experience, i cant think of a better choice. Its a safe clean and well kept gated community. What more could your family ask for?
Not deaf friendly.. Harassment to a deaf people... Calling cop on deaf several times . Landlord notify to attempting to be evicted. No respectfully for doing this sake. Regretfully won't be doing business with them.
I currently own my home here although I don't feel as if I really own anything. I have three small children and going through surgery. The park came to our door asking us to pick up toys. If I can send you a picture. They seem to have issues with kids and toys. Also they have their inspection each year where they tell you what you need to do to your home. Get ready!! I have not yet received mine but they had come to the back of my home, took a picture of my over loading wheel barrel of cans. Mind you summer has not yet to start and the weather has not been cooperating. Where I live, I wonder what your doing in my yard. It was difficult to see another home more in plain sight who behind their shed. We have trees laying on our house even to the ground. They don't cut what needs to be and your not allowed to touch their trees or you have to pay for it. Yeah. One star. I do not recommend this place. It's always a issue I wish I had the money to OWN somewhere else. Discrimination like.
