I like the stock there and shop there often. The staff isn't that attentive or friendly, but no wonder, if it such a horrible place to work. Been there, done that. If it is a change store it should be reported, or at by the staff to the Better Business Bureau. I feel sorry for the staff.
always have good service here. their return policies are clearly stated on receipts and at the desk
Horrible customer service! I was completely ignored by both non busy sales girls. No hello, can I help you or good bye as I left with nothing! I was very interested in a 170 $ shoe but after being ignored for 20 minutes I left and won't be back.
Terrible place to work at, no scheduled breaks, treated poorly by employer. Withheld my pay, and never tried to resolve any issues. I definitely dont recommend to work or even shop here. Very strict return policy, for expensive shoes. There are more cameras in the back room then there are out on the floor. Sketchy, and not a nice place. Beware!!!!
