  Katie did an incredible job with my massage, again. I left feeling so relaxed and centered. Ill be back for sure and recommend her to everyone that I speak to that I feel could use a good massage! If I could give her an extra star I would!!

  Had an appointment and when I came in, I was told it was for the next day. The call recorder on my phone even confirmed that it was for the day I came in, not the next day. They had the opportunity for the manager, Kim to do my lash fill, but she was having a "manager day" to "do manager work". I will not be back, and the new front desk staff needs to have a lot more training, as she really didn't care and offered to just cancel my appointment for the next day, so I told her fine, to cancel the appointment and that I wouldn't be coming back. Not a place of organization and definitely not the place to go to if you're looking at getting lash extensions. Hope this helps others when making appointments so you don't have the same experience or quality - lack of quality lash work done. Very disappointed. Hope they can resolve and get back to quality work and customer service.

  Emily did an amazing job with my full highlight, I showed her a picture of the color I wanted and it turned out exactly like it! She took the time and extra effort to make it look perfect!

  Katie Cleveland is the best massage therapist in the world! Ive had massages everywhere and she by far is the best! She focuses on everything it takes to make your experience amazing and relaxing.
