It was hard to get to my storage unit because of very poor plowing of the snow that was piled up in front of the door.
Reading the previous review, we also had some issues with customer service. Service was awful and we also had our storage unit broken in to. I also noticed broken glass on the ground in quite few different spots while renting there. Their doesnt seem to be much up keep there. Needless to say, the broken glass was there the entire time while we rented for ONE YEAR. Wouldnt recommend this place. From the sounds of it the cameras they supposedly have are useless. Even though they have advertised that they have the property under 24 hour survalence.Also, the lady I talked to on the phone was not kind at all. Super awkward. Best way to describe it, it was like she was laying on the coach watching TV and irritated she had to be on the phone.
Do NOT rent a storage unit from All Seasons Storage. Our unit was broken into not once, but twice now within the last 2 months & we've had several things stolen. (which we realize can happen and is certainly out of the control of the management staff)Needless to say, we will be moving our belongings out and have received TERRIBLE customer service from the managers.1. Zero urgency to return mine and my husband's phone calls. I had to call THEM several times to finally speak with them about a BREAK IN. (Twice)2. The unit door did not get fixed until 24 hours later; thereby leaving our entire unit to be up for grabs.3. Refusal to give me the owner's name/contact info.4. The manager, Trude, was yelling at me on the phone and refused to listen to what I had to say, telling me that whoever stole from us knows us because this does NOT ever happen twice.5. We have never missed a payment, and simply were asking for them to waive the last month's rent fee since we will not be there because our storage unit WAS BROKEN INTO twice! Their response, "absolutely not."6. They also claim to have cameras (plural) on site, but when I questioned them about the location of these cameras, I was told that the camera doesn't actually face the units. Management's words were, "they are useless."I would highly discourage anyone from renting a storage unit from All Seasons Storage.
