Ive been here more than enough and never get warm greetings from the people that work here. Ive asked for help multiple times on products and would usually get an unfriendly response and its obvious the employees here Ive encountered with just dont want to help! Ill probably start shopping at the other Kohls even though its out of the way for me.
I love Kohls. I've been going to the Northland Ave. location for several years and continue to go for the great sales, people, and items they sell. My favorite is kitchen and bed and bath. Clean, well managed store! Love love love Kohls!
The sales people were helpful. But in the future please keep the doors to the back closed and not left open for my grandson 1 1/2 to think it was a cute idea to go back there to keep away from Grandma. Sorry that he was back there but the doors were wide open and I could not catch him fast enough. I know that is an unsafe area for children ,thank you
One thing I like about Kohl's is there sizes in kids clothes they have every size and don't jump around from 10/12 to 14/16 like Walmart does. 16 is to big but 14 fit great. And I love their % off.
