Well, well what's the biggest perk of being a maxxinista, you ask? You'd probably think it was the bragging rights and the invaluable respect of my wife. In reality, it's the simple pride that comes with getting a great deal and looking great for less. My wife doesn't respect me anymore:(
Went here to make a return today. We stood at the return desk for a couple minutes. No store staff was available, except one customer service rep. who needed to usher customers to open registers. Finally, we asked her if we could get help. She told us that we needed to get in line with other customers making purchases first. In my experience, returns have always been separate from purchases. However, at TJ Maxx it wasn't today. This busy rep. rather then help us with a quick return ignored us and would have let us stand there instead of letting us know the way it worked in this store.
