I was not impressed with the salesman. He was rude, abrasive and unprofessional. Every other statement out of his mouth was a trial close. Constantly trying to qualify me. My suggestion is learn the customers needs then pursue the sale not the other way around. I went to Best Buy and had a great experience.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! My oven went out the day before Thanksgiving. My husband and I went to the Appleton store on Black Friday to purchase a range. Aaron said that they had one in stock and I would get it in three weeks. After the three weeks went by and heard nothing from the store, I called and found out that I should be getting it around Christmas and that the one they had in stock was sent to Madison. I stressed that I needed the range as soon as possible. So the Saturday before Christmas I was finally getting my range delivered. They took out my old range and brought in the new and it was stainless steel, I ordered white. I made them take it back. I was told by Aaron that I could down grade what I wanted to get one quicker. That wasnt suitable to me so I said get it ordered in white please. Aaron did apologize that he ordered it in stainless steel. Aaron also stated that they would be in contact with me after Christmas with an update as to when I will get my range. Its now January 2, 2019 and I had to call Aaron once again and he tells me that he cant get the range in white. Now I have to struggle to get my money back and shop for a range because I will not spend any more money with a company that does not follow though on what I ordered and paid for. I should get my money back with interest. Shame on them. Its been a nightmare in dealing with this company. All they had to say is that they do not have one and it needs to be ordered, but I recurved lie after lie after lie from Aaron. Shame on them.
We were extremely happy with our experience! Shane Roberts, the Sales Associate who helped us, was extremely knowledgeable about all the brands, as well as functionality of the products. He was also very personable and not pushy at all. We were very frustrated after shopping at other stores where the salesperson had to look up the answers to most of our questions on the internet. Grand Appliance is a hidden gem. We will definitely talk to Shane for all our future needs.
Just bought washer and dryer. Delivery went off without a hitch. Staff is very friendly and helpful
We went to grand appliances in dire need of a refrigerator as ours suddenly stopped working. One of their sales associates, Aaron Perez, was extremely helpful and got us a great refrigerator for a great price in only three days. We went to Lowes and they barely acknowledged our existence and later told us it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery, which is hard if you have no way to keep food cold. Im very grateful for grand appliances and their great service.
