Again with the pushing sales person/people. Give us some breathing room. I understand your there as a job in sales. But come on have a bit of patience and read your customers body language. Don't go and make the situation uncomfortable. Just keep your distance and look to see if we are in need of assistance not breathing over my shoulder while I find a new Fridge and Stove.
We went to Van Vreede's on a weekend to purchase a refrigerator after ours stopped suddenly. The salesman was extremely helpful. The manager shared that he would promise delivery on Monday of the next week. They called with delivery times, delivered and removed our old refrigerator all in an exremely timely manner. THANK YOU for your prompt, professional customer service.
Please if you buy from Van Vreede's Appliance PAY BY CREDIT CARD. I made the mistake of paying with a check. I am not getting customer service worth a dam. When my $2600+ washer and dryer showed up they both showed up with scratches .OK call them and was told they will order the parts and repair them. That was 55 days ago. And still no parts and not fixed. All I hear is it is on back order. Funny thing is I can order the parts and have them. In 3 days. What a joke. Ok and the dryer lint catcher has now worn out. am pretty darn sure they brought me used or returned items.I will say the delivery guys did a great job. Run away fast. Spent a few hundred dollars more for an extended warranty. Not to come to find out it's not even through them it's through a third party. Right there tells you a little bit about the how they operateI should have bought from best buy at least they stand by what they sell.Again still not fixed. I fell. Like I bought them in an alley off of a van.
