The reason we are writing this letter is because we have been with Ken and Julie Heiner for over 40 years. There are always one phone call away. Ken has always contacted us when it was time to come in for a insurance review, My husband and I can not believe the service Ken and Julie has given us over all the years as being are agents. They have gone out of there way when we had several situations. The most recent one was when our basement sewer backed up, it was a very bad situation. I went down they basement and had realized what had happened and yelled up the basement stairs and said Dan call Ken. The basement and our personal items was pretty well a total loss. We are so blessed that Ken and Julie are our agents. Julie has kept in contact since day one of the claim.It does not matter who you talk to on the phone, the staff at the State Farm office are always there to help with any questions you might have They all deserve our appreciation and our thanks. We had a recent claim on with our jewelry policy. While the loss we experienced was frustrating, the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE we had with every contact with State Farm representatives has been outstanding. Everyone was highly professional, communicated clearly, and timely, and were focused on making sure our expectations were exceeded!
When I married my wife, she talked me into switching to State Farm Insurance. She spoke so highly of them and insisted it was a company who truly cared about their customers. Let me tell you, she was right! After dealing with two insurance companies in a non at fault accident and getting no where with them within two weeks after the accident occurred, Ken and his staff were able to process and close our claim within a week. My only regret was not calling them right away and trying to go through the other insurance companies on our own.
Ken Heiner and his staff truly care about their customers and are there when they need them the most. In the past, I have had agents care more about selling vs what the insured truly needed. Ken's office makes sure you need the exact coverage that fits your family's needs. Three days before Christmas, a car speeding down our residential street hit our parked vehicle in our driveway. Ken and Julie went out of their way to make sure we were serviced fast and efficiently. They helped us every step of the way and followed up even after the claims department took over the claim. The service provided by Ken and his office made us lifetime customers. Don't settle for less in hopes of saving a few dollars with a company that does not have in office local agents. It is not worth it.
