Great price for how close it is to the mall. Rooms are a little small but the hotel has a hot tub. The evening and morning we're staff incredibly friendly and one went out of her way to help me.
Less than satisfied with this motel. Jerk guy behind the front desk (1/5/2018 @ approx. 1 pm) when we asked if we could just leave our stuff in the room that we had in our truck so we could go shopping told us no. He stated they had a full motel the night before. Found out from the courteous lady when we did finally check in that they were NOT full the night before, that they weren't even close to full. We also asked if we could chain our snowmobile trailer to the pole. Again that was a no because they were going to be full again the evening of 1/5/2018. They were far from full and now we can see why. When we did get our room it was disappointing. Hand towels and wash clothes were all stained. The cushion in front of the window was grossly stained. One of the closet doors were missing from the closet. Won't be staying here again. If I could post this with "no stars" I would. Would be more appropriate.
The person who checked us in was very polite, courteous and attended to us immediately. The Bed was very comfortable and roomy and our bathroom was very clean! We had a short drive to and back from our restaurant next to the Fox River Mall so that was very nice! When we woke up in time for breakfast we took the elevator and before we got off we could already smell the delicious food waiting for us in the clean lobby! Thank you!
