When I complain that my food was wrong the man behind the counter Doug threw the pizza to make sure it was actually wrong infront of me, I didnt understand why he did that, because after he picked through the food what did he expect me to even if the order ended up being correct (it wasnt by the way) I wouldnt want to eat food thats been picked though by someone else!!!! Really disappointed in the customer service!!!
I love rocky Rocco. This location can be hit or miss. Lots of times there will be no one out front. We sometimes get breadsticks that are undercooked or pizza that wasn't cut correctly (too small). For the most part it's great though. I like that the soda refills are free unlike most of the other restaurants in the mall.
