First and last time I will ever order from here. Never got our food delivered. Called for over 30 mins no one answered. Finally when I was about to just drive there they picked up. They stated they delivered it over an hour ago but we didn't answer the phone or door. Never rang the buzzer to get it, it was right in the instructions! No missed calls. Person on the phone really needs some help with customer service skills.

Very poor customer service overall. I ordered from here a couple weeks ago and I was extremely disappointed with the level of service and quality I received. Took almost two hours to have my order delivered and I never received a phone call letting me know my order would be so late. When the order arrived, everything about it was wrong. My chicken, bacon and mushroom pizza was missing the mushrooms and chicken but was loaded down with bacon. The tater tot Mac and cheese I ordered only had three tots on it... I assumed the tots would be the selling point given the name of the dish. When I called to complain about my order, I was basically given an "oh well, sorry" followed by excuses. I was informed that they had run out of most products because they were so busy that night. I understand that restaurants get busy, backed up and run out of things, but I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know they were out of something much more than receiving an incomplete or incorrect order. Being busy is never an excuse to cut corners. While Toppers did send me certificates to replace the order, it took close to two weeks to get them. They sent one for the pizza and one for the Mac and cheese. When I tried to use them, I was told I could only use one certificate at a time. It's pretty frustrating that I ordered both entrees at the same time but couldn't replace both at the same time. Hospitality is about customer service. It's the customers who keep you in business. As franchise owners and the management working with them, your number one priority should be making sure that each and every customer has a great experience! I hate leaving reviews like this but of every manager that identified themselves during our few phone calls, not one of them handled themselves in a professional way. To me, the customer, it seemed they could have cared less about my satisfaction and that is how you lose business.I'm still a fan of Toppers! They have great pizza and they have an excellent hand tossed crust, but unfortunately it will be sometime before I order from this location again. Hopefully they will make some changes in their customer service.

Decent pizza, but I could hear a senior staff member yelling and both swearing while my kids were eating with me. My tip, learn better customer service and get a better job kid.

Ive never left a review before, but whoever was manning the phones on January 16th around 1:00 in the morning was so douchey that I felt it was actually worth it to write a review. First, he insisted the address I had wasnt correct, so I checked and rechecked and he STILL wouldnt take it until I insisted even though Ive used this exact same to address to order from toppers multiple times with no issues. Then, he wrote down my number wrong and didnt even bother to repeat it back to me to make sure he had it right - so, of course, he has the wrong number. I call back later to discover that apparently they were in front of my dorm and called multiple times even though I was sitting at the main door the entire time. During both conversations he has the most condescending tone Ive ever heard over the phone. Seriously, management should speak to him because hes likely causing them to lose business.

(Delivery Experience) The pizza is decent, though not the best in town. Don't get the boneless wings, unless you get them with no sauce (or on the side)...for some reason, their breading gets really gooey (the opposite of crispy) on them when it has sauce on it. They always put sauces in the box instead of a separate bag, which means sour cream comes hot (gross). Other than that, decent food for a suitable price.Edit: Changed to 4 stars because if you ask, they'll put sour cream in a separate bag. But I still really think cold condiments should always come in a cold bag :)Also a comment for Russell Management Service's: That's how all delivery places work. If you order catering ahead of time they'll go outside their area, but if you just call for delivery there's a strict line. It's not a reason for a 1 star review. Also your business name has a grammatical error in it.
