We have used Tureks several times for different things over 6 years. Gas lines to dryer, fixing gas leaks, installing RO to refrigerator etc. They have always been consistently professional, friendly, efficient and most importantly the work has always been top quality. The last two times, we worked with Josh (who was wonderful) but all of the employees are sharp and easy to work with. Highly recommend Tureks.
Needed to have a kitchen faucet replaced and two shut off valves installed. Was able to get an onsite estimate. Price was comparable to other plumbing firms I contacted. Josh & Cory were very professional and courteous. They put on boot covers to keep my floor from getting wet/dirty. They finished the job and then had me inspect everything before signing off on their work order. They even put all of the cleaning supplies back in under my sink! Very happy with the job they did. They mentioned their work is warrantied for 2 years. I would recommend Tureks for any plumbing need. Thanks from a satisfied customer!
Kyle was prompt courteous and very professional. responded to an incident with a water valve and ended up replacing other items that we brought to his attention. his attitude and customer service is second to none. I would say he is a great asset to this company
Josh arrived as advertised. The young man was open and enjoyable to talk with. He kept me advised and listened when I explained the problem. He went to work and allowed this old guy to get in his way. We discussed the issue and came to a great plans of action. This young man knew his job and completed the job in great time. Once completed every thing worked as new and possibly cleaner than when he arrived. Tureks, you have a winner with this young man you better keep him. As a former supervisor i would be very glad to have him working for me. As a P R, I am keeping his card if I have a need to call Tureks again I will ask for Josh
Cant say enough good about this company and Tristan. Thorough from start to finish, professional and knowledgeable. Tristan was great to work with and tolerant above and beyond when I had to deal with our crazy dog. The entire crew including plumbing, cabinetry, and electric were fantastic. I have never had a job done that was cleaned up like this crew cleaned. We are thrilled with our new fixtures and cabinets and pricing was accurate within a few dollars. Very impressed. We will be calling them again for future projects! If you want to know with certainty your project will be done well and your property respected, this is the company for you.
