Excellent place for a pedi!
I had a really bad experience the first I came here BUT after talking with the manager about my experience, I came back in to have my hair fixed. This was no small task due to my hair being a dark box dye that was turned red/pink in splotches all over my head from the first stylist (Anne) not doing a correct job.Rachel was able to fix my hair and she took her time. She explained everything she was going to do and why she was going to do it. She spent hours on my hair to fix it and made sure I didn't lose any more length than I already had. Everyone I saw at the salon that day was incredibly nice and easy to talk to. I am very excited to come back to Pavana to have Rachel keep working on my hair!
Spent two hours trying to get a ShelacManicure. The girls working there are very nice, pleasant and polite. But they werent able to give me a good quality manicure in the two hours I was there. The manager was very understanding and gave me a generous discount on the service. Three days later, my nails are chipping. Sadly, its not a place Id recommend despite their great customer service, the skill level was lacking, at least for me. :/
I had 2 facials with Mariah and 1 with Chelsea. They were all amazing. The atmosphere, products, music and interaction were all positive and professional. I really enjoyed each experience. The only thing that is a deterrent for future facials is the price. I do hope to be able to treat myself a few times a year!
Excellent boutique services at great prices! Complimentary Aveda tea makes the stop worth it all on its own. Beautiful building, too. Entire staff is friendly and helpful. I'm a regular here and I love it!! Full service: haircuts and styling, massages, specialty consultations and services for events like weddings and proms, and all the Aveda products you could ever want in their product store. Plus a loyalty program to earn free products/services. Definitely stop in!
