Very wonderful office to bring children too my son is very hard to take to any appt. can be extremely difficult and First impressions was very patient and kind. My son left so happy and loved it there his self
Highly recommend. My 4-year old daughter needed some work done on her teeth and I was pretty nervous about it. They made my daughter very comfortable and everything went extremely smooth.
Both of my children are scared of the dentist and this is due to experience from our prior dentists office. We were stuck there because of our I nsurance but we switched the moment we could. My children are a little older but they both seemed to be comfortable here. I started receiving emails with appointments made for me. When the emails asked me to confirm the visit I would respond accordingly that we would not make the visit. I received a latter in the mail about missed appointments. I called then and spoke to someone about the visits being made for me dont work because like others I have a full time job and I cant bring them whenever they decide to make the appointment for me. I was told she would look into it but never heard back. I assumed it was taken care of until I called to make my children an appointment and I was told they wont see us anymore. The woman I spoke to said she seen all the notes in my file of what I just explained but she would need manager approval. Manager will not allow us to return. What business makes appointments for parents on their own and then reprimands them when they cant make it!?!
Friendly staff.Although it was my second visit bringing my kid and I'm yet to actually see the doctor who supposedly does the procedures inside. Can't parents receive the courtesy of a word or hand stretch from the doctor? A word of wisdom? Encouragement maybe? Am I doing a good job taking care of my son's teeth? Does it need improvement? Would anyone take the hint and let the provider know it is good for the image of the clinic to have a doctor look parents in the eye or is it a little too hard from the pedestal he might be? Am I worth it? Is any parent worth it?
My son is autistic, we went here knowing that he would most likely be scared. For his first visit they were unable to clean his teeth because he was too scared, so they had him lay on my lap with his head on the hygienists lap and she brushed and flossed his teeth gently to get him comfortable with having someone in his mouth. They also had him sit in the exam chair and showed him all the tools and explained how they were used. The next visit he went back and they were able to do a complete clean and he came out with some stickers and a new toothbrush that he picked out himself. He was so happy and even decided to brush his teeth on his way home (teeth brushing has always been a battle with him) I am extremely happy with the way they made the experience enjoyable and made accommodations for him and will be recommending this place to everyone I know.
