This has been by far my best experience at a dentist. DR. Thomas Grotenh and all of the staff, do a terrific job.
I have never had a good experience at a dentist in my entire life, that is until a client sent me to see Stacy. Due to all my horrible experiences at the dentist I am Terrified of having to go. There team has always been sensitive to that, they are not bossy, pushy, judgmental. They have wonderful financing options, they are affordable ! I cannot say enough great things about Stacy and her team !! I gladly drive well out of my way to go there!
I hate going to the dentist but this place is very relaxing and Dr. Grotenhuis has a very calming way that helps with the stress and he does a great job. I've been coming here for years and now my family does too and we will never go anywhere else.
Good office, really great hygienists. The office was clean and very modern, and the staff was really friendly and good at answering questions.They offer amenities like coffee, sunglasses, and pillows that make the experience very comfortable.
Switched to Forest View for their teeth bleaching special. Dentist shushed the hygienist who said my x-rays looked okay, then told me I needed four crowns at my first visit. I have never been told that before and I go to the dentist every six months. I allowed one filling that fell out a few months later. Six months later he pressured me to schedule the crowns then said that I grind my teeth and that he could make me a special appliance for only $400 while placing a hand on my thigh. I switched my whole family out of there! The receptionist then asked me in a snotty tone if it was because I couldnt afford it. No, its because I was being ripped off. Went back to my old dentist and apologized for leaving.
