Very short wait time. Good communicators. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Dentist and Dental Hygienist were both professional, good-natured, knowledgeable and efficient. I felt like my questions and concerns were answered fully and satisfactorily. I was given options for treatmeant and did not feel like I was being encouraged to take treatment I did not need. Very impartial. The view really is beautiful. Right on a small patch of woods with a stream. Perfect experience really. 10/10.
As always visiting Grand View Dentistry is completely stress free. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and are complete experts at what they do. Dr. Moore has explained everything before he does it and follows it up with detailed pictures and explanations. I never fear going there as I know they are the best in the business. I have been to other Dentists where you feel like "Cattle" or just another number but here they treat you with great respect and do a wonderful job. I cant imagine going anywhere else.
when you walk in you feel happy like your a fancy restaurant. The lobby is so roomy and comfortable like your at a luxury hotel. it's really cozy and home feeling. the room from my seat while I was getting my teeth cleaned perfectly was breathing take felt like I was a nature trail. Bridge who did my teeth clean was caring and always made sure I was doing alright. she checked my gum lines so well didn't feel a thing. it's so hard to find a good dentist office in area and this is the one for me. I have been three different dentists office and this is best one!
I chose to switch to Grand View Family Dentist after reading great reviews on Google and I am so happy I switched!! This is a great place and as soon as I walked in it didn't feel like a dental visit. The atmosphere was super positive. When I walked in, the room was very open, well decorated, and gave off a relaxing vibe. The receptionists were the most friendly & knowledgeable. I had Ann for my visit and she was super helpful and knowledgeable as well. I cannot wait to have her for my next appointment! I highly recommend this Dentist if you are looking for exceptional service, knowledgeable employees, and an overall amazing experience.
