Facility was nice, staff was great. Had a party of some sort rent a conference room next to us and they were too drunk to understand what 11pm quiet hours meant. Front desk had ask them multiple times to be quiet. They were rude to the staff and finally moved to a different room around midnight.
The rooms are nothing to write home about. It's a place to take your family for a small getaway, because they have a large pool and waterslide along with a whirlpool and a game room. On on Sundays through Thursdays between 5 and 7 p.m. they offer free beer. I marked this location with only 2 stars since I had a bad experience the last time I was there. I do plan on not patronizing this business again. Horrible customer service.
Nice hotel great pool for kids and hot tubs for adults. Could use more employees to help at counter. Party room is great with walk out patio.
First they got our reservation wrong but we're very helpful providing a second room and brought the price down. Nice. Bed was so hard I had to sleep on the sofa. Handicap shower was duct taped and the adhesive was no longer holding. Floor drain was so sluggish the bathroom flooded when I took a shower.Breakfast was ok but there is no handicap access to the dining area, only stairs.Disappointed.
My husband and our weiner dog and I ended up being stranded in Appleton when our car decided to break down. We called Comfort Suites while we were still at the auto repair shop and they came and picked us up in their shuttle. They were so helpful and caring. The breakfast was very hardy and our Clean room was great too. They even shuttled us back to the shop so we could pick up our repaired car the next day. We would recommend them to anyone!
