The danger of a place can easily be gauged by the amount of police presence it gets and this place gets a lot of police presence because of hothead dog owners; certainly more police presence than the rowdiest bar you've ever come across. Enter at your own peril!
Huge areas to run and play and hike. Quite honestly the best dog park I've been to in Northeast Wisconsin. A little icy during the winter. Definitely recommend.
The Outagamie County Dog Park is huge and has three different areas for dogs to play. There is one small area for smaller dogs and two huge areas for larger and smaller dogs. I only gave this 4 stars because there is no longer anybody that cleans the place up, so a lot of people will not pick up their dog's poop.
Love this park. I always come here when my husky needs to run. Love the scenery here. Never had so much of an issue at this park. Owners tend to know when their dogs are out of line so the environment is typically friendly at all times. Dropped 1 star because owners are not picking up their poop like they should be..
The dog park can get muddy in spring or fall but overall it is a great space for your dog. It has 2 large sections, one open field and one wooded path with a walking trail. Then a small Section for little dogs. The fence is well maintained and it is mowed frequently. Most people and pets ate very friendly. Great space!
