Nice waterfront and not too crowded unless someone rented out the ramada
Its a nice place you can go to and enjoy a good amount of different activities. For instance there I a wooded trail you can walk on, a river to fish from or bring your boat and take a calming stroll down the river. There is a play ground and a pavilion, enough space to run around and play a few different games.
Great quiet out-of-the-way place to do some of your favorite recreational drugs. Okay so I'm just kidding - don't do drugs! There's no high like the Most High and Jesus has a better more Wholesome Way for you.
It's a cute park down by the river, but secluded. It wouldn't be place I would let my kids go alone due to the water across the street from the park and the woods in back of the park. It's very shady so it can get a little buggy. The play equipment is pretty nice and the bathrooms are clean. Had a picnic there a couple of times, and there were lots of bees, but that can be a common occurrence when picnicking just about anywhere.
Very nice park for the younger kids our 4 yr old had a great time. Bathrooms were extremely clean. Would give 5 stars but would like to have a bit more guarding by the river.
