One of the bigger parks in Appleton. Has a pavilion capable of hosting wedding receptions and larger events such as car shows, recitals. Includes a tennis and basketball court. Has a basketball and tennis court, as well as disk golf, bathroom and water fountain (bubbler).
It's a park with stuff to do. Nice hills for sled riding. Only issue is a drainage grate that sits at the bottom of the biggest hill. Hit it and bounced hard in my sled.
Very large park! 38.2 Acres. Kids love it here. Lots of fun things to do including Frisbee golf and a great playground area. Also, sledding is great here with several hills.
Nice city park. Great 9 hole disc golf course, covered pavilion, and a playground for kids. There are grills and picnic tables throughout the park as well, so it's easy to find a spot to picnic.
Pierce Park is a lovely park located just north of the Fox River. There are a lot of scenic points throughout the park and quite a few trails for hiking or biking. There's also an enormous building in the middle, presumably for concerts and other events, that contains tables and a stage.
