Excellent service. They did shoulder surgery on my 7 month old berner puppy. I felt comfortable and at ease. They kept me updated while she was there and took the time to explain everything in great detail. Dr. Ryan seems very knowledgable about her condition and is not at all pushy. He gives you options and takes the time to discuss them with you. There were less expensive places but you often get what you pay for. My puppy is doing great looking at a full recovery and cant say enough good things about this facility and Dr. Ryan.Thank you!

Wonderful place to get specialist care for your animal. Took my recent adoptee here to have his eyes checked out. They explained exactly what was wrong and gave me options to help him. Also gave me a cheap option for an mri. Unfortunately the time didn't fit in my schedule so I missed out.
I had to seek emergency assistance for my cat and there are no veterinary clinics that will see an animal without an appointment on a Saturday in the city of Oshkosh. Panicked, I called a friend who recommended the Animal Referral Center of Fox Valley. The entire staff was professional, compassionate, and patient with me from the moment I called. They calmed me down and assured me I could bring my pet in immediately and have him met at the door before I even parked my car. They explained all of my treatment options and were up front about the cost of treatment and the payment options available to me. I felt so confident that my animal was in the best hands possible. I would highly recommend the Animal Referral Center for any pet parent who wants the best care available for their furry baby.
They were able to save our dog but make sure you have cash check or credit card. Not much happens without those but they do let you know how much it's gonna cost before they do anything. Desk people were Phenomenal personnel was exceptional
