First appointment to get dog updated on all vaccinations went well. Vet took the time to listen and answer all questions and concerns. Never once felt rushed and they even offer evening appointments! I will definitely be returning for any future needs.
Being privy to seeing their ENTIRE operation, I can honestly say it was a no brainer choosing them to care for my furry little friends. Crying dogs in the kennel area are given extra attention, the entire facility is super clean, and the over abundance of caring workers from admin to Dr Jay is wonderful to see. Buddy approves.
My wife has taken several of our cats to this vet for many years. We have had very few problems with the staff and find that they really take good care of our cats when we have been there. They also have taken time to send us a sympathy card when one of our cats recently passed. The staff was amazing on that visit as they were with other visits.
Friendly staff and its nice having the ability to schedule appointments online for both the quick clinic and main office. Very reasonable rates compared to other vets in the area. We are happy we made the switch to Country Side.
