I have been treated for nerve damage in my elbow. The doctor is knowledgeable and warm and friendly. The staff is caring and supportive. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
If there was a negative sign I would have selected that for a rating!I broke my ankle in October 2011, it was a workmans comp issue. My employer paid the bill and I continued about my life. Never heard another thing about it until this year April 2016.In April 2016 I recieved a bill for an appointment that took place in October 2011. Yes, 5 years later I recieve a bill for soemthing that was already paid for! The accounts payable "manager" decided to scream at me and call me a liar for telling her the bill was already paid. I explained to her that I had even called back in 2011, I spoke to a woman named Lynn who worked in the accounts payable to ensure it was settled. She told me a Lynn never worked there and that I was a liar. I told her I was not going to pay the bill and that if she wanted to collect on it she would have to contact my old employer or workmans comp. She hung up!I will never return to this facility after how I was treated!
