We had the pleasure of "running into" Salesman= Pat at the 'Going Out of Business' Sale. We ended up purchasing a few very unique items that were used for decor' in 3 seperate purchases. FYI IF you find something you want have a salesperson write it up before you stand in line and learn you need it 'written up' for check out. YES, they still take credit cards .

My Grandparents shopped here but that's not what drew me. It was their magnificent Santa. He was the nicest I've met. I didn't feel rushed. You could take your own pictures. People waited in comfortable, and affordable, furniture. He spoke with each child like they were important. I'd return to a store that promotes this kindness.
Bought a Smith brother's sofa. Had less than a year and power recliner on one end doesn't work, manual recliner in the middle won't go down without several tries, other end of sofa has cushions completely flattened, head rests are overstuffed so as to cause neck pain, lumbar and seat cushions are flat after one year, and couch is bugrundy but the company used WHITE thread to stitch seams. It looks like a second hand couch that was ripped and cobbled to fix it.I've emailed twice with pictures. They responded once regarding only one concern - grease had stained my carpet and Gabriel hired someone to clean it. I would never buy Smith Brothers furniture again. Their website talk about how great their furniture is. It's not.
Quality Furniture at an acceptable price. You get what you pay for. Don't settle for less..
