Boyfriend bought a 4 piece bedroom set plus the protection plan. Not even a year later, the tops of the bedside tables had damage. Tried to submit a claim and got denied. Spoke with customer service at Steinhafels and they worked with us to resubmit the claim only to come back and tell us that it got denied again because the damage wasnt just a one time issue. The sales people in the store sold this protection plan that covered this damage for a 5 year period. Very disappointed in the protection plan provided along with quality of furniture and not helpful customer service.
Our salesperson Cindy went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. She checked the computer and found the table we wanted and helped us to find it. We originally came in on Saturday to look at couches and came back on Sunday and ended up buying the couch and 2 tables. She greeted us by name as well as thanking us for coming back.
Nice selection, decent prices. Some of the salespeople are a little much (too much talking, not able to take a hint that we dont want to talk) but others are fantastic. Once we found what we wanted it took no time at all to check out, now well see how the delivery scheduling and all that goes. Overall a good experience.
The sales person, Weston Voight, was truly professional. He did not tell us what we wanted to hear ...... he answered our questions honestly and direct. Is knowledge about the product we were purchasing was very in depth. It was a very pleasurable experience shopping.Excellent!!
Nancy was the best! We will definitely be working with her again soon. I usually don't like going to this store, however she made it a very positive experience. My husband thanks you because he does like it there and is pleased that I do too now. My daughter also enjoyed working with Nancy.
