Great place,quality products, fast delivery. Only downside I found was that if a customer is looking in the store give us a few minutes even 5 minutes to find what we need. We were there not even a minute and already had a sales person on us. I can say I did use some force to make the sales person understand I WILL come get them when I require their services. I understand you need the sales but don't make the customer feel rushed or push yourself on us. When simply we are just there to see if you have what we need.

Eric Higgins was vey friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when picking out our new adjustable bed. He did a wonderful job of explaining the differences between the mattresses which made choosing a bed easier. We had been to many furniture stores and had not received the same information or attentive service. Thanks Eric for making the whole process smooth and a great experience for us! See you next time!
I would rate them zero stars if I was able. I have had on going issues with them since first placing my order in July. Extremely long story short-they pushed back the delivery of my sectional twice, and then delivered the wrong one (2 months late). This was after the saleswoman told me I could buy two pieces of the sectional as opposed to three and then when it finally came in (after 1 month delay) those two pieces did not fit together. When they came to deliver my bed frame, they did not have the slates to support the mattress and I had to wait several days for those to be delivered. After spending almost $3000 there on four pieces and having all these issues I was offered a refund of my delivery fee ($75) and a $200 gift card. When I said I was not interested in the gift card, they said they could refund me half of its value. So, I took the gift card and went to spend it this weekend at their grand opening sale. Ordered my piece on Saturday, was told it was in stock and I could pick up Sunday and they would call me. Never received a call Sunday or Monday, so I called them today (Tuesday) only to be told the order was placed incorrectly and I cannot pick up my piece now until Friday at the earliest. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would never recommend them to anyone. *After writing this review I received a call saying I could pick up my piece after 4pm on Wednesday.
Service was fast and friendly. We were able to find a king size bed setup for a very reasonable price in the discount center. Lynn was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. A+!!
