The customer service that Laura, India and Morgan gave went way beyond what you would normally get at any other store. Not only were they knowledgeable in the products that were displayed but they did everything to meet our needs. They were easy to get along with with and had personalities that shined, and can you actually remember walking into a store and the first thing you see is a sales associate with a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend the store, the workers and the product to anyone. Will definitely be coming back.

We began shopping for new living room furniture the day after thanksgiving. We were greeted by several people in the store but most of them did not do a follow up except to say my name is let me know if you need anything. Laura was the exception. She made several inquires to determine what we were looking for. She let us browse and came back often to check on us and provide little rid bits about the sectional we were interested in. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the brand and options we could choose. We did not make a purchase that day but she was still attentive and kind. Today we went back and sought out Laura as we had more questions. Again Laura was amazingly helpful and really listened to our needs. She offered to write us a quote since we are not closing on our new home till mid January and explained the delivery process and warranty. Im thrilled that we have everything written down and ready for when we can make our purchase. I would highly recommend my friends and family to Bobs furniture and specifically to Laura for her expertise. Thank you for providing such great service.
