I called and set an appointment to work with Tara to look at a Chevy Malibu. Tara was fantastic and provided me all the information I was looking for. I brought the vehicle to a mechanic to look over the vehicle. I returned to Budget Auto and discussed my concerns with the issues that were brought up with Tara. Tara looked into them and called me back after I left. Tara and the owner agreed to make the repairs to give me peace of mind as this was going to be my son's first vehicle. The following day, my son and I returned to purchase the vehicle. When we asked for the vehicle, we were told, "sorry, it was sold this morning. Did you put any money down?" Needless to say, this was not how my son or myself imagined his birthday car purchase turning out. Who sells a vehicle that they've already agreed to repair prior to another customer's purchase? Tara was great! The rest of the experience and lack of concern over ruining my birthday present for my son was awful.
I did not purchase a car here but I have to say that they are great with their customers, they were extremely professional and never pressured me in any way, so wish I could have bought a car from Budget but a great deal came up somewhere else and I bought.Give the Budget Team a chance, I am sure you will enjoy the experience! Terrible value, attempting to sell vehicles with almost every engine light on for more than the market price of that model in great condition. Would not go backResponse to owner:Yes I was there and test drove two older cars both with significant problems that the salesman was very slow to disclose, both cars with the price matched to excellent condition on Kelly blue book but the cars were in awful condition. Trying to sell a car with every warning light on and serious issues with the front wheels that was priced at the Kelly blue book price of an excellent condition car of that model, year, and mileage is disgraceful
We were looking for a larger SUV & Budget had what we wanted at a reasonable price. We bought a Saab just a few weeks ago & we love it. I will look at them first the next time I need a vehicle. Thanks for all of your help!!
