Service and sales staff are outstanding. Keep me coming back. Jonathan is the best sales person I have worked withLatest visit was for an oil change but with even that I get greeted, treated well and made to feel welcome and special. Complete class act at this dealership. Highly recommended.
Again just don't get why dealerships feel the need to over price everything. A simple service here again tried to take the money out a family pocket. Can't and will not recommend this place to anyone as well
Our experience was awful but they had better inventory than other dealers. They are not good people to deal with. Our salesman was great but then we got turned over to management to finalize the deal...it was downhill from there (cash deal!).
I love this place, especially Jeremy the salesman and the service clerk.. I wanna say Caitlyn. Heres my problem with the place. It seems like whenever I go there, its usually for an oil change and Im dressed down. The staff just gives me the... hes probably not buying anything look except for Jeremy, he always comes and talks to me, just about anything and thats what I appreciate. We purchased two Brand new vehicles in 2014 from this location, Im sure they dont know that.. however, I just wanna feel more welcomed when I step into there. I love looking at the new product while Im waiting for an oil change. I just wish the other staff (other than mentioned) would actually help verses trying to find out if Im buying something or not. A conversation can possibly turn into a sale. Maybe Im overcritial because I work in the service industry. But who knows, not enough to keep me away, so see ya next oil change.
I own a 2014 Dodge Ram quad cab, and a 2012 Dodge Ram single cab. I love them both and would not choose another brand over them. During my last oil change I walked about the show room and was instantly drawn to a 2018 Dodge Challenger Hellcat. I've admired the Challenger since the '70s. What Dodge has accomplished with the Hellcat and the Demon...is incredible. With all my heart and soul I want to, and will eventually own one. I'm currently fifty thousand dollars short, but know it's a temporary matter. One bite at a time, is how the ant ate the elephant. Keep up the great work Dodge. You guys make awesome vehicles.
