Wasted time. Drove 41 miles to check out an advertised vehicle. Git there at 4:45. The sign on the door stated open till 7. The open light in the window and on the sign was turned on. We parked and walked to check out the vehicle from the ad. A person came out of the building , walked over to a vehicle that had the hood raised . Did something to the vehicle and disappeared. We went up to the building to get someone's attention. The door was locked . Wasted time. Must have been a sign.
