Even though I was nervous about getting my own vehicle and I have never gone to a dealer before, Casey and John were helpful. Along with helpful they were very professional, but also friendly. Instead of just looking to make a sale they were looking to make a connection with their customers. And as someone who's loved sales since I can remember, they've got the golden rule (for sales) down pat. Just treat your customers like human beings. The environment there is very friendly, and they obviously care and trying to get you the best deal.Oh yeah, the car is pretty great too. Awesome selection for being such a smaller lot.
