I've always gone into dealerships expecting to encounter the vulture culture, so had my guard up. I saw a car on the website that interested me, but once I called Isaiah informs me it was sold, but they had an almost identical one. I went to the dealer and was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating and friendly and HONEST Isaiah was. And everyone worked hard to get me the best financing options. I left with my dream car that day and cried on the way home. I was reminded that there truly are good people left in the world.
These folks were the best. Michelle followed up on our email asap, met us the door, knew our names, made sure we left Kolosso in a new car. When she knew the car we were coming to look at might be sold, she called to catch us before we left. When we said we"d come on any way, and another car didn't work Michelle didn't give up. She just asked a simple question: "What other cars do you like?" She found us every possible deal, never tried to sell us a feature we didn't need and kept attentive to our 13 yr old. When we picked up the car she explained everything and even turned the pages down on the most helpful parts of the owner's manual. If there was a point she needed to be away, she was sure someone was there to take care of us. Zach was terrific. Jerry was awesome. I cannot say enough about these guys and we've been dealing with Toyotas since 1995! Even though it's a drive we'll definitely use their service department. Good people are hard to find and we were blessed.

I went into Kolosso not sure what I needed or wanted. I was a first time buyer and Isaiah Stewart was incredible. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. When taking a car for a test drive, he went and got the car while we waited inside. It was freezing cold outside so this was greatly appreciated. He went over all the features of the car and was very knowledgeable about each of the models. He also was very patient with me as I was unsure of which model I wanted. I did go to another dealership, but after 1 minute there I quickly returned to Kolosso. I would gladly go back to Isaiah in the future and recommend him to my friends and family. I couldn't have had a better first experience.
