My escape was dead when I got done with work. I jumped it and it started right up. Called Les Stumpf and I was able to drive there and they worked it into there schedule this morning. I'm beyond grateful! Everyone was so helpful and my escape has a new battery. What's awesome is I've had this vehicle for almost 7years. Replaced brakes once, 1 set of tires, and now the battery. Love Les Stumpf Ford!!!!!
Very happy with the service we receive at Les Stumpf. Live in Fond du Lac and have had terrible service at Holiday, and never a problem so far at Les Stumpf, we will continue to patronize Les Stumpf, very courteous staff and can always get a timely appointment for oil changes.
We just bought our new F-150 Sport here and more than happy, the salesman was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The price was the best in our area plus a few extras, very satisfied.
Sales side was great...its the service side that needs work! Making you feel like you're bugging them by doing the walk in quick service lube when I called earlier that day they told me to do so! And i got there before 5pm so there shouldn't have been any issue or uncalled for *sigh* by the service desk person. Looks like this has been an issue for others compared to other reviews maybe they should actually do something about it. Employee reviews perhaps? Just a thought.
