Not a pleasant experience. Tried to get us into a vehicle that we didn't want. Told us $5 down, but then changes to $1800, and we have great credit. Didn't want to give me what they offer in their ad for my trade in, and it's in great shape, comparable to what they have. Wasted 2 hours of my time being shady.
Well I went in with low expectations because every other dealership couldnt help me. Turns out I hit the jackpot with Appleton Auto Sale.... Helping me was the awesome Reggie he totally blow my mind with the loan payment and a great car so my friends if you need help with a car no matter your situation.. this is the place to go!
Really enjoyed the experience the helped out immensely. Would recommended to anyone in need of a car. Thea was great when working with us to get us into a new vehicle.
I did not really at like the attitude I was presented with I felt no customer service I didn't even want to look at what they had I just wanted to get the heck out of there.Thank you very much for your response this is the only way I know how to reply to it for now. Please keep in mind this review is for my overall experience with your company on the phone and in person.When I call over the phone that asked a little bit about income and paying back and pre-qualified for that 199 dealGot excited showed up in person spoke with the advocate after speaking with him I realize there is no 199 deal it's more like three or four hundred, and over the phone they were happy to so they could find me something rather cheap and those payments shouldn't be a problem even with bad credit not that my credit is bad. Advocate did not seem interested in finding me anything I wanted he was more interested in 17,000.So pretty much over the phone as one thing and then person is a completely different story and for Advocate to be considering this to be funny is not any type of customer service I am aware of and very not positive.And the only way to get anywhere near 100 to $200 payments is to have a very huge deposit again another different story than what was told to me over the phone.All of this seems like a big huge scan to me and I don't like it. I would rather speak to a person that is well-educated than a person that is pretending to be educated.So I basically felt like I was lied to over the phone and told the truth by an advocate at the appointment who thinks this s*** is funnyGrand Chute Auto told me exactly what I needed to know over the phone and I didn't even need to make an appointment.But I do want to tell you thank you for your response that does show customer service, and I do apologize that this whole experience really did upset me. And thank you so much for replying and asking more about this.All I really want is what's advertise the car for 199 down and 199 a month if I had excellent credit I'd be expecting zero on a brand new vehicles.
