Even though they got me approved after my chapter 13th bankruptcy I found a 2013 Nissan that fit my budget. You get a 3month/0r 3000 mls warrantyand purchased in April . I called in July and advised that my gear shift lock now is defective. Im going to have to pay $400 out of pocket to fix it. . I left a message with them for the sales agent to see if they could work with me to get it fixed who was out of the country. 3months and no answer. I also notice on the driver side that rust marks had been repainted and now fading along the bottom of the door which I didnt notice and assuming now they just retouch up everything to resell it. Not very happy with the service. Hopefully nothing goes wrong with your vehicle after u purchase it.

These people dont help you to feel very welcomed. At lease one man. I came to get some things done to my car where they told me it would take a bit of time, about 1-2 hours. I got there willing to sit in the lobby and wait with the preparation of bringing a book and the man at the computer told me it would be 2-3 hours. I told him I will wait if I can sit in their lobby... as I said I am willing to wait he raised the time to 3-4 hours and told me there was a shop next door. I dont care how long it will take like I said I brought a book to sit in the lobby. I sat in the bathroom for 30 mins trying to find a ride. UNWELCOMING
The staff was super helpful and friendly. Easy to work with and they even delivered my car an hour and a half away free of charge same day.
Out of all my experiences on purchasing vehicles this was by far the best. I didnt have a lot to offer and honestly didnt think it would happen but these guys worked hard and came through for me. Very upfront, honest and laid back people. Not the typical pushy car dealership. They showed genuine care for me and wanted to make sure my bills would still be manageable with this new vehicle. Im now in a gorgeous, well kept Malibu with low miles. Every vehicle in their lot is superb. Big shout out to Ron Ron and everybody that pulled through for me! Really glad I came to you guys.
