1/25/19 10:15 AM I came in for another oil change. Upon arriving I was told it would be 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. I asked if I could keep my place in line, leave the dealership and come back. I was told I could not do that. Their policy was first come first serve. Which I do understand. At the 1 1/2 hour mark I came to the service desk to see how much longer it was going to be. Upon entering that area I hear the service desk employee stating "it has been only 1 1/2 hour so she can't" then he saw that I was present. He reviewed the recommended work list with me and I went back into the waiting room. It was another 15 minutes until my vehicle was ready to go. I was happier that I was given a more accurate time estimate . I feel the service desk employee was unnecessary sassy, about my expectations. I asked if there was a better time to come for an oil change, I was told Mon , Fri and Sat are busier than the other days of the week. The wait would be more like 30 to 45 minutes. One last thing they turn off my headlight and do not turn them back to auto, this happen every time. l will continue to use this company only because of the service agreement we have with them. I came to have a oil change today 10/24/18 at 2:14. I have had my oil changed there 3 other time since I purchased my vehicle. My wait was over 1 hour and 45 minutes today. No one warned me that there would be such a long wait, which would of been nice to know. I also got the free car wash with my service as I always do. As I have said with all my car washes at Russ Darrow Direct in Appleton, you get what you pay for. There is always some part of my vehicle that is still dirty when I leave. I feel that they spray the car down, bring it to you wet and say it was washed. another visit

Courteous staff as always and Guy James was also fabulous in explaining all of the wonderful 3rd party companies they are partnered with. I recently totaled my vehicle and came here looking for a new one. As I was driving through the lot, I drove pass a jeep that was exactly what I was looking for. However, it didn't have any signs on it, or any evidence that it was for sale. I left, but had a gut feeling and decided to call back and ask if it was for sale. The lady on the phone was very helpful, and even offered to text me since I was driving around all over. Turns out, the vehicle was just about to be put on the lot. They allowed me to test-drive it within the hour. Scott was extremely helpful. He took his time and didn't really talk down to me--which, unfortunately, is pretty common for a young woman at a car dealership. I was firm on certain things, like my budget, the lease length I wanted, and the monthly payment I was willing to pay and he worked through it with me, getting me an interest rate that was 2% lower than what I would get at the bank. Guy helped me with the financing portion. He was very knowledgable and helped me save money wherever I could. I left feeling informed and respected. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
Am so happy with my new Nissan and the excellent service at the Appleton Russ Darrow. Doug was so professional and helpful. Heather was great about explaining all the financing. Would definitely recommend purchasing your next used car here.The service department is fabulous! Very professional and helpful. Ben and Eric are great.
